Rebrand for Nordstrom Hackathon
At Nordstrom the Hackathon is a historically engineer-focused even. The team wanted to expand their reach company wide with the goal of broadening the hack projects to cover more business solutions.
Our team created a branding system that elevated the hackathon as an inclusive, exciting internal event for all Nordstrom employees.

To increase engagement, we explored a web experience that would make Hackathon information simple to find and understand.
We were challenged to use existing internal resources, and build our design around existing Office 365/Sharepoint tools.
All work (including design research, exploration, branding, UX/UI) was done during a 48hr hack. The logo system has now been used for 2 successive hacks.
